Dr. R. Balasubramanian mentioned that India is in a period of transition. There is now a resurgence enabling us to ask difficult questions and embrace the Indic perspective of leadership. He noted that Western thought on leadership is trait-oriented, emphasizing the importance of ‘being a leader,’ while Indian leadership, in contrast, focuses on the ‘exercise of leadership.’ The West measures strength by external power, while Indians measure power within. Through his interactions with Mr. Modi and learning about his thoughts on leadership, Dr. Balasubramanian felt it was imperative to write a story on this concept of inner power. He discussed how he developed a leadership model with the Indic Cultural Foundation, based on the concepts of collective purpose and cohesive teamwork, selfless actions, and service and sacrifice. Dr. Balasubramanian also mentioned that this book is written with a comprehensive understanding of the Indian leadership paradigm, incorporating leadership frameworks from across the world, and provides a roadmap for those who aspire to a life of public service. The conversation was engaging, enriching, and enlightening, filled with numerous anecdotes, captivating a hall packed with an enthusiastic audience.
ರಾಮಾಭ್ಯುದ್ಯಯಂ ನೃತ್ಯ ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಬದರಿ ದಿವ್ಯ ಭೂಷಣ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ರಾಮಾ ಸೀತಾ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ, ಸೀತೆಯ ಅಪಹರಣ, ರಾವಣನೊಡನೆ ಯುದ್ದ , ಅಯೋಧ್ಯೆಗೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭವನ್ನು ವರ್ಣರಂಜಿತವಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಇಡೀ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಾಟಕ ಸಭಿಕರಿಗೆ ಹಬ್ಬವೇ ಸರಿ.
ಮೈಸೂರು ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ 8ನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದ ಅಂತಿಮ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರವು ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ದಕ್ಷ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ಫೈರ್ & ಎಮರ್ಜೆನ್ಸಿ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಡಿ.ಐ.ಜಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರವಿ.ಡಿ.ಚನ್ನಣ್ಣನವರ್. ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಏಳು ಬೀಳುಗಳು, ಬಡತನ, ಬಾಲ್ಯದ ಜೀವನದ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಗಿರಿಜನ ಸಮುದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಬೆಳೆದ ಇವರು , ಇವರ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಮೊದಲನೇ ಪದವೀಧರ. ಅವಕಾಶ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಧೃತಿಗೆಡದೆ ಐ.ಎ.ಎಸ್ ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿ ಇಂದು ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉನ್ನತ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಟ್ಟ ಕಡೆಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಧ್ವನಿಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಭಾಷಾಂತರ: ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳ ಜಾಲತಾಣದ ಪಾಸ್ ವರ್ಡ್" ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ಯಾನಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಧಾನ್ ಗುರುದತ್, ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಕ್ರಂ ಚದುರಂಗ, ಶ್ರೀ ಧರ್ಮೇಂದ್ರ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ರಶೀದ್ ರವರು "ಅಜ್ಞಾತ ಅಲೆಮಾರಿ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ" ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಹೆಳವರು, ದೊಂಬರು, ಶಿಳ್ಖೆಕ್ಯಾತ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವರ ರೀತಿ ರಿವಾಜು ಬದುಕಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಲೆಮಾರಿ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಹಾಡು, ಪಾಡು, ನಾಟಕಗಳು ಆಧುನಿಕತೆಯ ಸುಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿ ನಶಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ.
