“Education is my life, It is the purpose of my life”. One hears of creative writing but creative teaching? Dr Gururaj Karajagi is a well known academician and is the Chairman and Director of the International Academy of Creative Teaching. He is a doctoral degree holder in Chemistry and a popular columnist. A Life Fellow of the Electrochemical Society of India, he is on the board of management of several medical universities. Dr Karajagi has served as a member of the State Resource Group (SRG) for the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the colleges of Karnataka. He was the Director of the V V S Academic and Admistrative College and the Founder Principal and Academic Director of the Jain International Residential School. He has published several research papers in international journals in addition to 1800 columns. He has authored a series of 15 books titled “Karunaalu Baa Belake” – a collection of 100 motivating stories related to live. Dr. Karajagi has written many articles on ‘Sufi’ philosophy and has published a book on ‘Sufism’. As of now, he has authored twenty-two books. He has edited many books including ‘Shikshana Shilpa’ – a huge collection of articles on education brought out by the J.S.S. Maha Vidyapeetha, Mysore. He has over 500 programmes on Dasa Sahitya and Vachana Sahitya on Sri Sankara. His YouTube channel, “Knowledge is Spherical” has nearly three crore views. An Institution Builder, he has contributed to building over 85 institutions and high tech schools.
