Akhil Chaudhary is a lawyer and human rights advocate based in Rajasthan, working on several politically sensitive and socially important legal matters. He practices at the Rajasthan High Court. An alumnus of Army Institute of Law (AIL). His legal work spans constitutional interpretation, fundamental rights litigation, environmental regulation, and structural injustices, always with the aim of connecting law and policy to the lived experiences of marginalized communities. He also contributes to nurturing a new generation of socially conscious legal professionals by mentoring law students, interns, and young lawyers.

Outside the courtroom, Akhil regularly appears in national television debates, and writes fornational newspapers on current legal, political, and social developments.
