Arun Yogiraj

Arun Yogiraj is a gifted sculptor from the beautiful city of Mysore, who brings stones to life with his magical hands. Growing up in a family of artists, he was inspired by his father and grandfather, who were masters in the ancient art of Shilpa Shastra. At just eight years old, Arun began carving stones alongside his father, learning the secrets of this time-honored craft. Though he studied business and earned an MBA, his heart always belonged to sculpting, and he soon followed his passion, creating over 10,000 incredible statues. One of his most amazing creations is the Ram Lalla idol, which found its rightful place in the magnificent Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024. Arun’s journey, from a young boy playing with stones to shaping one of India’s most cherished idols, is a story of dreams, dedication, and the magic of transforming stone into art
