Laxmi Chandrashekar is an acclaimed Kannada theatre artist, actor, and translator with over five decades of experience. A household name for her roles in Kannada TV serials like Mayamriga and Grihabhanga, she has received numerous accolades, including the Karnataka Nataka Academy Gaurava Prashasthi [Karnataka Nataka Academy Gaurava Prashasthi] and the Kuvempu Bhasha Bharathi Translation Prize.
