Dr. M.G.R. Urs is a prominent Mysuru-based retired Medical Officer, writer, and literary figure. Best known as the Founder and President of the Chutuku Sahitya Parishat (a central committee for short-verse poetry), he is also the President of the Anweshana Seva Trust.
