Mir Muneer is an award winning script & dialogue writer of numerous Tele-Serials, on national TV networks Zee, Star Plus, Sony and others. Mir Muneer re-wrote trends with Saans, a TV series for Star Plus directed by Neena Gupta. Mirji has also written dialogue for film ‘Deedar’ and script for Marathi movie ‘Manasi Bazar-e-Husn’ based of Munshi Premchand’s novel. He has also penned plays that have been staged in prestigious venues like Prithviraj Theatre and National Centre for Performing Arts. He is a recipient of the RAPA Award for ‘Chunauti’ & ‘Mujrim Hazir’, and Screen & Indian Television Academy Awards for ‘Aashirwad’, ‘Amana’t & ‘Saans’ TV Series.
